Multilayer Kraft Paper Valve Bag
Paper valve bag is generally made of three layers kraft paper and one layer PE liner. The outer layer is nature or white kraft paper, and the inner PE liner can be added between the papers to prevent matrerial inside from moisture.
In order to improve the filling efficiency, nano perforation should be made on the surface of the paper valve bags, so that the air flow entering together with the material can be quickly discharged without affecting the filling speed.
The valve type of paper valve bag is divided into internal valve and external valve. After filling, the bag valve will automatically close due to the internal pressure.
